We believe that future success in eCommerce will be heavily tied to our ability to set and maintain high standards around the fulfillment process and continually improve upon them.<br \/>\nWe will develop deep retail product and consumer expertise and create a world-class <a href=\"http:\/\/spainbox.com\/mailboxes\/advantages-of-outsourcing-order-fulfillment-in-europe\">eCommerce Fulfillment<\/a> Operations experience for your consumers that maximizes conversion, sales, loyalty, repeat visits, customer satisfaction, and profitability for your e-commerce business.<\/p>\n<h2>Spainbox WAREHOUSE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Pick customer orders as requested<\/li>\n<li>Properly package outgoing customer orders<\/li>\n<li>Ship customer orders via UPS, Fedex, DHL, TNT, DPD or Correos express<\/li>\n<li>Process and put away incoming receipts<\/li>\n<li>Prepare special events orders as instructed<\/li>\n<li><a title=\"Advantages of outsourcing order fulfillment in Europe\" href=\"http:\/\/spainbox.com\/mailboxes\/advantages-of-outsourcing-order-fulfillment-in-europe\">Develop interfaces with marketplaces<\/a> to download orders or from your own shopping cart <a title=\"Advantages of outsourcing order fulfillment in Europe\" href=\"http:\/\/spainbox.com\/mailboxes\/advantages-of-outsourcing-order-fulfillment-in-europe\">Magento, Woocommerce, Prestashop, Shopify<\/a>, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Manage delivery <em>Exceptions, Client not at home, Client requested delivery date change, Client requested hold, Phone number incorrect or Refused<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Process customer returns<\/li>\n<li><a title=\"Spainbox VAT warehouse allow to import into Europe avoiding custom taxes\" href=\"http:\/\/spainbox.com\/mailboxes\/spainbox-vat-warehouse-allow-to-import-into-europe-avoiding-customs-taxes\">Manage Imports into our VAT Warehouse<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/spainbox.com\/mailboxes\/compare-multichannel-sales-inventory-management-software-for-sucessfull-online-sellers-in-spain\">Inventory control<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Interface with Store Operations, and Inventory control around product transfers and in-store returns<\/li>\n<li>Report on key metrics to give senior leadership visibility into fulfillment and customer service performance.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate, measure and refine processes and systems to improve service, quality and efficiency.
