This is the steps:
  • 1. Customer file an A-to-z guarantee claim and want to return an item because it doesnt work or its faulty
  • 2. Seller authorize return and notify to Spainbox to pickup return at customer home address
  • 3. If seller have credit in the Spainbox account, a courier will pickup order return at the customer home address between 24-48 h.
  • 4. Spainbox warehouse receive return in 24 h. order returned from customer and seller notified by email inmediately.
  • 5. Seller can decide now to inspect, consolidate, liquidate, destroy or to check possibilities to refurbish returned product.

Scenario 3:Buyer decide to return an order (seller offers free returns)

Seller include with every order a free return shipping label:
  • 1. Buyer request to return an item.
  • 2. Seller authorize return and send a return shipping label to Buyer, and after confirmation by seller Spainbox send a courier to pickup item at home address.
  • 3. Buyer follow free return instructions of the seller and courier pickup in 24h-48h. at the home buyer address
  • 4. Spainbox warehouse receive in 24 h. order returned from customer and report to the seller
  • 5. Seller can decide now to inspect, consolidate, liquidate, destroy or to check possibilities to refurbish returned product.

Spainbox® shipment management software is designed to enable you
to make your return processes as effortless as possible.

The software provides a user-friendly interface that allows you to quickly inspect received shipments, consolidate, ship or destroy your returned orders easily. A detailed view of your order’s received or shipped, allow you to choose what shipping method is being used and associated rates are featured, in addition to many other useful features.


WHAT HAPPEND WHEN RETURNS ARRIVE TO SPAINBOX WAREHOUSE?

By default any order that arrive to our warehouse, we store at the corresponding shelf space of each customer,
but every user can change in his prefences this default action to take.
A popular option is to inspect and make photo of the returned items to see what are the conditions of the products,
after that user can have a better idea about how to proceed with returns, to ship or consolidate with other shipments,
liquidate is only possible for products ranked at the top BSR 5000 in amazon,
another option is to request to refurbish and recycle when its possible or destroy the received items.
STORE

Storage fees are free for basic and Professional after 30 days storage cost will be 1 €/kg.

INSPECT and PHOTO

We inspect and take some high resolution photos of the received items and we will upload to your Spainbox account. It cost 1 euro by product.

LIQUIDATE

If product is ranked at the top 5000 Best seller ranking of amazon we will pay between 20% and 40% of the buybox price depending of the product category

REFURBISH AND RECYCLE

Our tech team can fix some common problems of the products, but if you request we can get a quotation from a professional to repair or refurbish your product.

DESTROY

To destroy your received returns is free. If you most of the times need to destroy your returns, we recommend you to use Basic account and all your returns cost will be free.
