Hi,
I just have some generell questions. My friend from
China wants to send me some replica and want to use your service to forward them to me. Are the customs very strict? Do I need something EROI number if my friend sends it to me as a gift of does he have to put an invoice on the package? How much does it cost about to send a package from Spain to Germany?

Yes the customs in Spain are strict if they found replica products imported from China, Yes you need an EORI or Spanish ID to import in Spain.
Doesnt matter if your friend send you like gifts, it will always will require a proforma invoice.

Ok but what do you mean with that? I mean of course I’ll have an invoice (receipt) on the package but where should I hand in my ID or EROI? And eher do I get an EROI if I don’t have a company and only want some clothes for me?

Ok so I will clarify my question. I don’t have a company and I just want that my friend will send me one package from China with Replica clothes. I just want to know if that may cause any problems at the Spanish customs and if I have to put an invoice with the worth of the clothes on the package? Furthermore my question is if I need an EORI or something like that and where I need to put that.

Hi Leo

Yes, you need an invoice and you will need a DNI or NIE or EORI to import. If your friend is going to send the parcel via EMS or Post, you will need to contact ADTPOSTAL for more information. If they send it via courier service, it will go thru customs and it may generate custom charges.

Hi Leo

if the question is regarding replica clothing, yes, you may have problems in customs is the parcel is inspected by a customs official.

As for the EORI, I have answered in my previous reply.
