Our services consist in the fact that you only have to send us your products to our address.
At Spainbox we will receive it and store it in a proper and orderly manner.

Every day, we will handle your orders, prepare and package them and, once shipped, we will provide you with tracking numbers for each order, either automated through the API or through a manual file.
Integration and WMS
We take care of receiving your orders, whether they come from a large e-commerce site like Amazon or eBay or from your own e-commerce platform like Woocommerce, Prestashop, Shopify or Magento. Orders can come to us via a simple API integration or an Excel file template in CSV format.
In order to provide you with a simple and easy to use system that allows you to monitor your stock in real time, as well as the status of your orders and the tracking numbers of your shipments, we have also designed our own tailor-made WMS system. With the help of our technology, you will be able to estimate inventory needs based on past sales data, receive up-to-date notifications on inventory levels and be alerted when stock is low.
Returns
If an order is returned to our office, we will charge the return shipping costs + an additional restocking fee.
Warehouse
We have a standardized warehouse and a sanitary warehouse accredited by the Consejería de Salud de la Junta de Andalucía.

Optional Additional Services
Additional weight management: If your products weigh more than 1 kg, you will be charged €0.3 for each additional kilo. For example, if your products weigh 3 kg, you will be charged 0.3€ * 2 (for the additional 2 kg). We have a dedicated customer service, both by email and telephone.
