Spainbox as eCommerce Operations Analyst will play a key role in ensuring a seamless customer experience from order placement through customer delivery. We believe that future success in eCommerce will be heavily tied to our ability to set and maintain high standards around the fulfillment process and continually improve upon them.
We will develop deep retail product and consumer expertise and create a world-class eCommerce Fulfillment Operations experience for your consumers that maximizes conversion, sales, loyalty, repeat visits, customer satisfaction, and profitability for your e-commerce business.

Spainbox WAREHOUSE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Pick customer orders as requested
  • Properly package outgoing customer orders
  • Ship customer orders via UPS, Fedex, DHL, TNT, DPD or Correos express
  • Process and put away incoming receipts
  • Prepare special events orders as instructed
  • Develop interfaces with marketplaces to download orders or from your own shopping cart Magento, Woocommerce, Prestashop, Shopify, etc.
  • Manage delivery Exceptions, Client not at home, Client requested delivery date change, Client requested hold, Phone number incorrect or Refused
  • Process customer returns
  • Manage Imports into our VAT Warehouse
  • Inventory control
  • Interface with Store Operations, and Inventory control around product transfers and in-store returns
  • Report on key metrics to give senior leadership visibility into fulfillment and customer service performance.
  • Evaluate, measure and refine processes and systems to improve service, quality and efficiency. Improve customer satisfaction through improved service levels and quality.
  • Ensure timely problem resolution to ensure efficient and effective fulfillment and return processes.
  • Constantly review best in class distribution and customer service methods and reflect these in the adoption of new processes & working practices.
  • Responsible for all variable and fixed expenses, supplies, and quality.
  • Work with eCommerce Analytics to provide reporting related to Fulfillment Operations & Customer Service as required.
  • Health warehouses approved by the Sanitary Competent Authority AEMPS to store safely medicaments, health and care supplements, cosmetics, etc.
