HOW TO ADD CREDIT
We can only send you your parcels if you have enough credit in your account. If you need to add credit, you can use two options:
Option 1: You can find it in
“Account” > “Increase credits”.
Option 2: You can find it in “Add/Renew Subscription” > “Increase your credits”.
When you buy credits, you buy euros, so 1 credit = 1 euro.
You can choose between credit card, Paypal, bank transfer or bitcoins. But take in consideration that, for Personal shopper services we only accept bank transfer.
