When the parcels are in the status “Ready to Ship” they can not be moved back to “In progress” or “Action Required”.
When a parcel is in “Ready to Ship”, we send the parcel to the address you have selected in the “shipping address”, and with the courier that you have selected.
You can check all the information in “Packages” > “Ready to Ship”. Once parcel is shipped, it will finally move to “packages sent” where you can see tracking information of the shipment.
